The Clean Air Board hosted Ron Davis and Jane Greber from the PA Dept of Environmental Protection for our November, 2009 Community meeting.  They made an important presentation and took questions about Outdoor Wood Burners and the proposed DEP regulation.

“Making the States Full Partners in the National Climate Change Effort” presented by Professor John Dernbach, Widener University School of Law

Professor Dernbach is director of the Environmental Law Center at Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg. He leads a project, Sustaining America , that reviews sustainable development efforts in the United States and makes recommendations for future action. He also writes and lectures on climate change and environmental law. He is the editor of Stumbling Toward Sustainabilty (2002) and Agenda for a Sustainable America (2009).
